Workplace bullying has become a very costly problem; it has a detrimental effect on employees, so that workplace bullying behaviors cannot be ignored. The current study focuses on an opportunity for them to understand the concept of occupational bullying behaviors and its forms, and a survey of Khans is used to analyze the closed questionnaire data s that were collected through the questionnaire by SPSS using descriptive analysis and multiple regression coefficient analysis to find out the effect of the independent variables affecting the dependent variable, and the statistical method of the simple correlation coefficient was used to know the strength and direction of the relationship between the variables of the study. The purpose is to survey a different group that consists of multiple members and sites of cement companies with different organizational cultures.
