| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى إعداد وتنفيذ وتقييم برنامج إرشادي لتنمية الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات لإدارة الأزمات الإقتصادية ، وتکونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (60) غارمة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية قصدية من الغارمات اللاتى کان عليهن أحکام بالفعل وواجهن خطر التعرض للسجن ، ولکن تم تسديد ديونهن قبل تنفيذ الأحکام عليهن ، وتم إختيارهن من المترددات على بعض المؤسسات الحکومية والأهلية ، کما تکونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (15) غارمة يمثلن الربيع الأدنى من العينة الأساسية ، واشتملت أدوات البحث على إستمارة البيانات العامة ، استبيان الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات ، استبيان إدارة الأزمات الإقتصادية ، وبرنامج إرشادى قائم على تنمية الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات لإدارة الأزمات الإقتصادية ، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، والمنهج التجريبي . وأوضحت النتائج تعدد أنواع الأزمات الاقتصادية لدى عينة البحث فکان أبرزها (سجن ــــ بطالة ــــ إدمان) عائل الأسرة بنسبة (40%) ، يلى ذلک (مرض ــــ زواج ــــ مصاريف دراسة) أحد الأبناء داخل الأسرة بنسبة (26.7%) ، کما أظهرت النتائج انخفاض مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات عينة البحث بنسبة (53.3%) ، وأن مستوى إدارة الأزمات کان منخفضا أيضا بنسبة (61.7%) . کما وجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية بمحاورها وفقا لاختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية حيث تزداد الکفاءة الذاتية لدى المتزوجات مقارنة بالمطلقات والأرامل ، ولصالح المستوى التعليمى الأعلى والأکبر سنا فى کل من " الکفاءة الإنفعالية ، الکفاءة الإجتماعية ، الکفاءة الإدارية " والأقل سنا فى محور الکفاءة الإنتاجية ، ومتوسط حجم الأسرة لصالح الحجم الأصغر متوسط الدخل الشهرى للأسرة لصالح الدخل الأعلى ، کذلک لصالح الغارمات العاملات کما أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوى إدارة الغارمات للأزمات الإقتصادية حيث تزداد القدرة على إدارة الأزمات لدى المتزوجات مقارنة بالمطلقات والأرامل ، ولصالح المستوى التعليمى الأعلى ، والأکبر سنا ، ومتوسط حجم الأسرة لصالح الحجم الأصغر ، متوسط الدخل الشهرى للأسرة لصالح الدخل الأعلى ، وکذلک لصالح الغارمات العاملات ، کما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.01 ) بين تنمية الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات وقدرتهن على إدارة الأزمات الاقتصادية ، واختلفت نسبة مشارکة متغيرات الدراسة " المستوى التعليمى ، السن ، مدة الزواج ، الدخل الشهرى " على التوالى فى معامل الإنحدار ، بينما کانت نسبة المشارکة فى إدارة الأزمات الإقتصادية " المستوى التعليمى ، مدة الزواج ، السن ، الدخل الشهرى " على التوالى ، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث التجريبية فى مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية للغارمات ومستوى إدارة الأزمات الإقتصادية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادى لصالح التطبيق البعدى . The aim of this research is to prepare, implement and evaluate a mentoring Program to develop the self- efficiency of debtor to manage economic crises, The sample of the basic study consisted of (60) debtors, which were deliberately chosen by the debtors who had already been sentenced and were at risk of being imprisoned, But their debts were repaid before their sentences were enforced, The sample of the experimental study consisted of (15) debtors representing the lowest quarter of the basic sample, The research tools included the general data form, Self-efficiency questionnaire of debtor, Economic Crises Management Questionnaire, A Mentoring program based on the development of self- efficiency of debtor to manage economic crises, The research followed the analytical descriptive method, and the experimental approach. The results indicated the multiple types of economic crises in the sample, The most prominent (prison - unemployment - addiction) family member by (40%), This is followed by (illness - marriage - expenses of study)of one of the children within the family by (26.7%), The results showed a decrease in the self- efficiency level of the research sample by (53.3%), And that the level of crises management was also low by (61.7%), There was also a statistically significant difference between the study sample and the self- efficiency level According to the different demographic variables, where the self- efficiency of married women increases compared to divorcees and widows, For the higher educational level, and the older in "emotional efficiency, social competence, managerial efficiency", And the younger in productive efficiency, the average size of the family in favor of the smaller size, The average monthly income of the family in favor of higher income, also in favor of working debtors, the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference among the sample of the study in the level of management of the economic crises, where the ability to manage crises is greater among married women than divorcees and widows, For the higher education level, the older, the average size of the family in favor of the smaller size, the average monthly income of the family in favor of higher income, As well as for working debtors, A positive correlative relationship was found at the level of (0.01) between the development of self- efficiency of the debtors and their ability to manage economic crises, The percentage of participation of the variables of the study "educational level, age, duration of marriage, monthly income" differed respectively in the regression coefficient, While the percentage of participation in the management of economic crises "educational level, the duration of marriage, age, monthly income," respectively, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the empirical research sample in the level of self- efficiency of the debtors and the level of economic crises management before and after the application of the program in favor of program post-application. | ||||
