Abstract | ||||
This study aims at exploring the relationship between mindfulness and the difficulties of emotional regulation, in addition to examining the different study variables according to the different demographic variables: Gender (males - females) I have a sample of university students, and the study relied on the comparative correlational descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (163) undergraduate students aged between (19-21) years and their average(20,22) years, and the mindfulness scale (prepared by the researcher) and the emotional regulation difficulties scale for university students (prepared by the researcher) were applied to them, and the results concluded that there was A negative correlation between mindfulness and the difficulties of emotional regulation, and also resulted in no differences between the average scores of males and females on the scales of mindfulness as a total score and as sub-dimension, and also resulted in no differences between the average scores of males and females on the scales of the difficulties of emotional regulation as a total score and as sub-dimensions. | ||||
