| هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف علي العلاقة بين الالتزام التنظيمي و الإجهاد النفسي والهناء الذاتي الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة والتحقق من إمكانية التنبؤ بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة من خلال كل من (الإجهاد النفسي والهناء الذاتي الوظيفي ) والكشف عن الفروق في الالتزام التنظيمي وفقاً للنوع (ذكور – إناث) والعمر (25-30, 30-40 ,40-60) وسنوات الخبرة (أقل من خمس سنوات ,من خمس إلى عشر سنوات ,أكثر من عشر سنوات). وشارك في البحث (404) معلم ومعلمة (200معلم،204معلمة) من مدارس مختلفة للتربية الخاصة (2022/2023م)، وقد تكونت أدوات البحث من مقياس الالتزام التنظيمي (إعداد الباحثة )،ومقياس الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي (إعداد الباحثة )، ومقياس الإجهاد النفسي إعداد (الاحرش ,2012). وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة سالبة دالة إحصائيًا بين الالتزام التنظيمي والاجهاد النفسي وكذلك وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين الالتزام التنظيمي والهناء الذاتي الوظيفي كما أمكن التنبؤ بالالتزام التنظيمي من خلال (الاجهاد النفسي والهناء الذاتي الوظيفي), كما أثبتت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في الالتزام الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث ووجود فروق في عدد سنوات الخبرة في الالتزام الوجداني لصالح المعلمين الأكثر خبرة كما توجد فروق في الالتزام الاجتماعي والوجداني والدرجة الكلية للالتزام التنظيمي لصالح المعلمين الأقل خبرة وبالنسبة للعمر وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الالتزام الاجتماعي والالتزام التعليمي لصالح المعلمين الأصغر سنا. تمت مناقشة نتائج البحث، وتقديم بعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة. The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between organizational commitment and psychological stress and Job Subjective well-being among special education teachers and to verify the possibility of predicting organizational commitment among special education teachers through both (psychological stress and Job Subjective well-being) and to reveal differences in organizational commitment according to gender (Males - females), age (25-30, 30-40, 40-60) and years of experience (less than five years, five to ten years, more than ten years). (404) male and female teachers (200 male and 204 female teachers) from different special education schools (2022/2023 AD) participated in the research. The research tools consisted of an organizational commitment scale (prepared by the researcher), a career self-pleasure scale (prepared by the researcher), and a psychological stress scale prepared by the researcher. (Al-Ahrash, 2012). The results resulted in a statistically significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and psychological stress, as well as a statistically significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and Job Subjective well-being. It was also possible to predict organizational commitment through (psychological stress and Job Subjective well-being). The results also demonstrated the presence of differences. There is a statistical significance between the average scores of males and females in social commitment in favor of females, and there are differences in the number of years of experience in emotional commitment in favor of more experienced teachers. There are also differences in social and emotional commitment and the total degree of organizational commitment in favor of less experienced teachers and with respect to age, and there are statistically significant differences in commitment. Social and educational commitment to the benefit of younger teachers. The research results were discussed, and some recommendations and proposed research were presented. | ||||
