| تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العدالة التنظيمية في الفكر الإداري الإسلامي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للاستثمار في ليبيا: التحديات والمقومات، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في تدني العدالة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الوطنية للاستثمار وغياب تطبيق مبادئ الفكر الإداري الإسلامي، الأمر الذي أثر سلباً على المؤسسة الوطنية للاستثمار في ليبيا بشكل واضح، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من بينها: أن من أبرز مقومات العدالة التنظيمية في الفكر الإداري الإسلامي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للاستثمار زيادة مستوي الأخلاق والسلوكيات السائدة داخل المؤسسة يساعد بشكل كبير على تطبيق القيم الاجتماعية والدينية والأخلاقية، أوضحت نتائج التحليل أن هناك العديد من التحديات التي تواجه العدالة التنظيمية في الفكر الإداري الإسلامي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للاستثمار ومن بين هذه التحديات أن الواقع الإداري قد أثبت أن المؤسسات العامة لا يمكن تجاوز أو تقسيم المسؤولية والمشاركة مع القيادات الإدارية العليا، وأوضحت نتائج التحليل أن الفكر الإداري الإسلامي قد أشار في تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية إلى أهمية إحياء الضمير البشري وإعطاء كل ذي حق حقه وأن الله عز وجل منع الطمع والتعدي على حقوق البلاد والعباد، كما أكدت نصوص القرآن الكريم والسُّنة النبوية المطهرة على ضرورة القناعة بما قسمه الله عز وجل وأن يكون الإنسان متوازناً إلى حد كبير بين الواجبات المفروضة عليه وبين الإمكانيات المتاحة وقدرات الأفراد، الأمر الذي يمنع أن يقوم المدير بتحميل الموظفين العديد من المسؤوليات أكبر من قدراتهم وطاقاتهم البشرية. The problem of the study lies in the low level of organizational justice in the National Investment Corporation (NIC) and the absence of the principles of Islamic administrative thought, which clearly affect the NIC in Libya negatively. The study has reached many results, which include the following: Increasing the level of ethics and moral behaviors prevailing within the NIC greatly helps in boosting social, religious and moral values. Analysis results have shown that there are many challenges facing organizational justice in Islamic administrative thought at the NIC. Among these challenges is that administrative reality has proven that public institutions cannot bypass or share responsibility and participate with senior administrative leaders. The results of the analysis have also shown that the texts of the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah emphasize that there must be a balance between the duties imposed on persons and their individual capabilities, which prevents the manager from burdening employees with responsibilities that outweigh their human capabilities and energies. | ||||
