Abstract | ||||
This research aims to investigate the relationship between toxic leadership and career success. Data were collected from 360 nurses of medical centers and hospitals at Mansoura university. Path analysis is utilized to test the research hypotheses using WarpPLS 7. Findings revealed that toxic leadership had a significant negative effect on nurses' career success. Regarding implications, decision makers should implement some strategies to reduce the emergence of toxic behaviors of leadership and boost nurses' career success.
