| Abstract | ||||
| In recent years building methods have received a fair share of technological development. Research into new materials and technical solutions has led to significant improvements in the quality and building materials. This is facilitated by new systems such as precast facades, which are one of the most popular technology solutions featuring high quality and better control. The current study aims to activating and restoration the technology of precast facades in the Egyptian building operations, as one of the effective steps to support building sustainability. This is done by highlighting Precast Facade Technology and the advantages of their use. Also, conducting an analytical study of a few international, Arab, and local models for the application of Precast facade technology in building construction. To reach a set of results and recommendations to take advantage of global experiences that have succeeded in applying the precast building technology, as one of the modern building systems, and to be guided by what it has achieved by the possibility of its local application. حازت طرق البناء على نصيب لا بأس به من تطور التكنولوجيا في السنوات الأخيرة الماضية، حيث أدى البحث في المواد الجديدة والحلول التقنية التي أجراها متخصصون في قطاع البناء والتشييد إلى تحسينات في الجودة والكفاءة، والتي يمكن رؤيتها في أنظمة مثل الواجهات الجاهزة. أصبحت الواجهات الجاهزة الآن واحدة من أكثر الحلول التقنية شيوعًا، حيث تتميز بجودة وتحكم أعلى، سرعة التنفيذ والتركيب، أكثر استدامة وتنوعًا. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تفعيل وإحياء تقنية الواجهات الجاهزة فى عمليات البناء والتشييد المصرية، كأحد الخطوات الفعالة لدعم إستدامة المبنى والحفاظ على الطاقة. وذلك من خلال القاء الضوء على تقنية الواجهات الجاهزة سابقة التصنيع ومميزات إستخدامها، وإجراء دراسة تحليلية لعدد من النماذج العالمية والعربية والمحلية لتطبيق تقنية الواجهات سابقة التجهيز فى تشييد المبانى. وصولاً إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي يجب مراعاتها للإستفادة من التجارب العالمية التى نجحت فى تطبيق تقنية المباني سابقة التجهيز كأحد أنظمة البناء الحديثة، والإسترشاد بما حققته بإمكانية تطبيقها محلياً. ومن ثم وضع التصورات والمقترحات التي تساعد على التطور بهذا الإتجاه مستقبلاً. | ||||
