| هدفت الدراسة الى بحث تقييم مدى إمكانية تطبيق توجهات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأثره على تطوير الخدمات والقدرة التنافسية بالقطاع الحكومي دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك الحكومية بنك مصر محافظة القاهرة ، ومن خلال محاولة الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة حول ما مدى إمكانية تطبيق توجهات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأثره على تطوير الخدمات والقدرة التنافسية بالقطاع الحكومي دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك الحكومية بنك مصر محافظة القاهرة والتساؤلات الفرعية للمشكلة البحثية حول ، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النظري للأدبيات السابقة فى هذا المجال من خلال ثلاثة فرضيات تم بحثها، اتضح من نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعى وتطوير الخدمات في بنك مصر ، إضافة الى وجود علاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعى والقدرة التنافسية في بنك مصر ، علاوة على صحة العلاقة بين تطوير الخدمات والقدرة التنافسية وثبوت صحة الفرضيات الثلاثة، من اهم ما اوصت به الدراسة ضرورة وضع واعداد استراتيجية متكاملة للتحول الى تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعى من جانب مسئولي البنوك مع توفير كافة الإمكانيات اللازمة لها ، من الضرورى ان يتبنى البنك تطوير الخدمات من منطلق تطوير تصميم الخدمات المصرفية بحث يكون هذا التصميم مبنى على الاحتياجات الفعلية للسوق والعملاء ويواكب التطور العالمى في هذا الخصوص، تحديد منظومة متكاملة لمعالم القدرة التنافسية بحيث يتم تحديد المحاور الأساسية للقدرة التنافسية من حيث عنصر المورد البشرى وعنصر الوقت والكلفة والمعرفة ، وامتلاك العناصر والعوامل المتفردة من هذه العناصر والتي لا تتوفر لدى الاخرين من المنافسين. The study aimed to evaluate the extent of the possibility of applying artificial intelligence trends and its impact on the development of services and competitiveness in the government sector. An applied study on government banks, Banque Misr, Cairo Governorate, and by trying to answer the main question of the study about the extent of the possibility of applying artificial intelligence trends and its impact on the development of services and capacity. Competitiveness in the government sector, an applied study on government banks, Banque Misr, Cairo Governorate, and the sub-questions of the research problem about, and relying on the descriptive, analytical, theoretical approach of previous literature in this field through three hypotheses that were researched, it became clear from the results of the study that there is a relationship between artificial intelligence and service development in Banque Misr. In addition to the existence of a relationship between artificial intelligence and competitiveness in Banque Misr, in addition to the validity of the relationship between developing services and competitiveness and proving the validity of the three hypotheses, one of the most important things recommended by the study is the necessity of developing and preparing an integrated strategy for the transition to the application of artificial intelligence on the part of bank officials while providing All the necessary capabilities for it. It is necessary for the bank to adopt the development of services from the standpoint of developing the design of banking services, such that this design is based on the actual needs of the market and customers and keeps pace with global development in this regard. Defining an integrated system for the features of competitive ability so that the basic axes of competitive ability are identified in terms of The human resource element, the time, cost and knowledge element, and possessing unique elements and factors from these elements that are not available to other competitors. | ||||
