Abstract | ||||
This study deals with the presence of the Albanian community in Egypt, and sheds light on the cultural and political activities it carried out as one of the most important centers of the Albanian presence around the world. These activities played an important role in supporting the Albanian national renaissance movement, which began in Alexandria with the issuance of “Theme Mitko” in 1878 AD. For the book “The Albania Bee”, which was the spark that crystallized its intellectual, political and military dimensions in the second half of the nineteenth century, until Albania’s independence from the Ottoman authority in 1912 AD. | ||||
