| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تعيق تنفيذ برامج التعليم الشامل للطلاب ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم العام في منطقة القصيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن، واعتمدت على استبانة أعدتها الباحثة تضمنت ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية: معوقات الموارد والبيئة المدرسية، معوقات تتعلق بالعملية التعليمية، ومعوقات خاصة بالطلاب ذوي الإعاقة وأقرانهم. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (267) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المعوقات المدركة لدى المعلمين كان متوسطًا بشكل عام، حيث جاءت معوقات الموارد والبيئة المدرسية في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الشدة، تلتها معوقات العملية التعليمية، ثم معوقات تتعلق بالطلاب. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المعلمين تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والتدريب على التعليم الشامل، وكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث والمعلمين الذين تلقوا تدريباً. في المقابل، لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لمتغيري عدد سنوات الخبرة أو المؤهل العلمي. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تحسين البنية التحتية للمدارس، وتعزيز تدريب المعلمين، وتفعيل السياسات الداعمة لممارسات التعليم الشامل من خلال دعم عملي وتنظيمي داخل البيئة المدرسية. This study aimed to identify the obstacles that hinder the implementation of inclusive education programs for students with disabilities from the perspective of general education teachers in the Qassim region, Saudi Arabia. The research employed a descriptive comparative method and relied on a questionnaire developed by the researcher, covering three main dimensions: school and environmental resources, teaching process challenges, and issues related to students with disabilities and their peers. The study sample consisted of 267 male and female teachers selected randomly. Results revealed that the overall level of perceived obstacles was moderate, with school and environmental resource barriers ranking highest, followed by challenges in the teaching process and finally student-related obstacles. The findings also showed statistically significant differences in responses based on gender and training in inclusive education, favoring female teachers and those who received training. However, no significant differences were found based on teaching experience or educational qualification. The study concludes with recommendations to improve infrastructure, enhance teacher training, and promote inclusive practices through policy reforms and practical support in schools. | ||||
