| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن التمايز البنائي لکل من الابتکارية الانفعالية والذکاء الانفعالي وعلاقة کل منهما بالعوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية، وتکونت عينة البحث من 212 طالب من طلاب جامعة القصيم، طبق عليهم قائمة الابتکارية الانفعالية (Averill., 1999) واختبار الذکاء الانفعالي (إعداد الباحث) ومقياس العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية من إعداد کوستا وماکري 1992 (تعريب بدر الأنصاري، 1997). وأسفر البحث عن العديد من النتائج من أهمها، تمايز البنية العاملية لکل من الابتکارية الانفعالية والذکاء الانفعالي حيث أظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي التوکيدي أن کلا المفهومين يمثل مجموعة متمايزة من القدرات،کما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد أثر للتخصص في کل من الابتکارية الانفعالية والذکاء الانفعالي، کما أوضحت نتائج تحليل الانحدار المتعدد اختلاف الإسهامات النسبية للعوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية في التنبؤ بالابتکارية الانفعالية وأبعادها المختلفة، وکذلک في التنبؤ بالذکاء الانفعالي وأبعادها المختلفة، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن عامل الانفتاح على الخبرة الأکثر إسهاما في التنبؤ بالابتکارية الانفعالية، في حين کان عاملي الانفتاح والخبرة والانبساطية هما الأکثر إسهاما في التنبؤ بالذکاء الانفعالي وقد تم تقديم بعض التوصيات في ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها. Abstract The study aimed to investigate the structural differentiation for emotional creativity and emotional intelligence and their relationships with the big five factors of personality. The basic sample consists of 212 male students in Qassim University. Students completed emotional creativity inventory (Averill, 1999), emotional intelligence test (prepared by researcher), and the Arabian version of big five factors inventory (Al-Anssary, 1997). The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that there is a structural differentiation between emotional creativity and emotional intelligence, and every concept contains a group of differentiated abilities. The results of multiple regression showed that big five factors of personality differ in their contributions in prediction of emotional creativity and emotional intelligence. Some recommendations were introduced depending on the obtained results. | ||||
