Abstract | ||||
This research aims at Determining the actions used in training needs analysis (TNA) at crisis times in Egyptian hotels. A survey based on TNA Criteria was used to collect Data. Questionnaires were directed to 32 five star training managers in Sharm El Shiekh during the recession related to political events. The collected data was analyzed statistically by “Statistical Package for Social Sciences” Vol. 19. The research revealed the absence of using complete criteria to analyze training needs. The research recommends equal integration of the three main elements of TNA “Organizational analysis - Job analysis - individual analysis to enhance human resources role in dealing with crisis consequences. | ||||
