Administrative Creativity in Egyptian University Libraries and Digital Libraries Automation Project According to Librarians Reviews Field Study This study aims at recognizing the fact of administrative creativity within the project of automating Egyptian universities libraries. The project is performed by Egypt Supreme Council of Universities and guided by librarians’ views who working in the project. For achieving these objects, the researcher depends on Descriptive Survey Methodology. The researcher surveys and analysis related literatures available from primary and secondary sources. This is to recognize results of researches and studies regarding this field to be able to set forth a general framework designing an image about: “Requirements for Seeking Administrative Creativity within the Project of Automating Egyptian.” In addition, a tool consists of two parts was built and used. This tool includes (44) paragraphs and open questions. Reliability and credibility of the tool was bolstered. The sample was a random sample consisted of librarians working in the project of automating Egyptian universities libraries | ||||
