Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع استغلال الوقت لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بإدارة التعليم بمحافظة رجال ألمع بالمملکة العربية السعودية ، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (800) طالبا من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (270) طالبا بنسبة %. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة تکونت بصورتها النهائية من (42) عبارة موجهة لطلبة عينة الدراسة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ندرة الاستفادة من الوقت الذي يستثمره الطالب في العبادة کما ان اکثر الاماکن لأداء الصلاة هي صلاة الطالب في البيت متأخرا، وأظهرت النتائج ندرة اداء الطلاب للصلاة في المساجد او حتى الصلاة في البيت على وقتها وأن اغلب الوقت الذي يقضيه الطالب هو الجلوس مع الاسرة في زيارة الاقارب أو الاصدقاء ، کما اظهرت النتائج ان الطلاب يسهرون لوقت متأخر، کما اظهرت أن اکثر الطلبة يستيقظون الساعة (6.30) صباحا وبينت ان أعلى نسبة لمقدار الوقت الذي يقضيه الطالب في النوم بالساعات أثناء الأيام الدراسية هو ما بين ( 4) إلى(5) ساعات وهذا مؤشر خطير على مستقبله، وأن نسبة الأوقات الحرة للطالب لاستخدام النشاطات الثقافية الحرة بأنواعها المختلفة رکزت على مشاهدة ومتابعة البرامج الترفيهية، وکذلک قيادة السيارات وألعاب التسلية، وبينت ايضا أن الوقت الذي يفضله الطالب في المذاکرة وإعداد الواجبات بعد المغرب حيث کانت بدرجة نادرة وأن اکثر الطرقالتي يتبعها الطالب في المذاکرة طريقة القراءة مع الفهم وتدوين العناصر الرئيسية وکانت أيضاً نادرة لدى الأغلبية من عينة الدراسة وأن اکثر أسباب غياب وتأخر الطالب عن المدرسة النوم، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورةاستغلال الوقت فيما يعود على الطالب بالنفع وذلک من خلال التوعية بالآثار السلبية للسهر لأوقات متأخرة وما يسببه من اثار سلبية على صحة الطلاب، والتوعية بمخاطر وسلبيات الجوالات عقلياً وذهنياً ودينياً، وتوعيتهم بمخاطر التأخر عن اليوم الدراسي من خلال تفعيل دور الارشاد المدرسي،ومساعدتهم من خلال برامج تربوية في کيفية تنظيم أوقاتهم بحيث يکون متوازن مع المذاکرة وحل الواجبات والجلوس مع الأهل وزيارة الأقارب والأصدقاء والترويح عن النفس، وتوعيتهم بزيارة مکتبة المدرسة والمکتبات الأخرى کي يثقف نفسه ويجدد مواهبه وأفکاره.
