Abstract | ||||
The study aims to investigate the impact of integrating quality management practices and cost management techniques on improving financial performance of Amman hotels. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (360) managers in financial administrations, quality units, and operational departments in Amman hotels, out of them (224) were valid and suitable for statistical analyses. The results showed that a significant impact of quality management practices and cost management techniques on unfinancial performance. The study recommended hotels to continue integrating quality management practices and cost management techniques to be in line with recent and modern trends of cost management. | ||||
