| هدف البحث تعرف مدى تطبيق معلمي اللغة العربية للتعلم الإتقاني في المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة تبوک من وجهة نظر الطلاب وسبل تنميته، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم الاعتماد على استبانتين إحداهما کانت لتعرف مدى تطبيق معلمي اللغة العربية للتعلم الإتقاني في المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة تبوک من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وتکونت من (30) عبارة، وکانت الثانية عن السبل المقترحة لتنمية مستوى تطبيق معلمي اللغة العربية للتعلم الإتقاني في المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة تبوک من وجهة نظر الخبراء، وتکونت من (22) عبارة، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على الأولى على عينة من طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة تبوک بلغت (600) طالب، بينما تم تطبيق الاستبانة الثانية على عينة من الخبراء بلغت (101) عضو وعضوة هيئة تدريس تخصص مناهج وطرق تدريس، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى تطبيق المعلمين للتعلم الإتقاني تراوح ما بين ضعيف إلى متوسط، وعدم وجود فروق في استجابات الطلاب تعزى لمتغير المدرسة بينما وجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح المستوى الثالث، کما أشارت النتائج إلى أن موافقة عينة الخبراء على السبل المقترحة لتنمية مستوى تطبيق المعلمين للتعلم الإتقاني تراوحت ما بين متوسطة إلى مرتفعة وکانت في الإجمالي مرتفعة، ولم توجد فروق في استجابات الخبراء تعزى لمتغيري النوع ولتخصص الدقيق، بينما وجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح الأستاذ مقارنة بالأستاذ المشارک والأستاذ المساعد. The main aim of the current research was to identify the extent to which the teachers of the Arabic language apply mastery learning among the intermediate stage students in Tabuk from the viewpoints of the students and mastery learning usage development. The researcher made use of the descriptive method as two questionnaires were developed; the first was to identify to what extent the Arabic language teachers apply mastery learning in the middle stage in Tabuk and it consisted of (30) words and the second one tackled the proposed ways to develop the level of application of mastery learning in the middle stage in the city of Tabuk from the viewpoints of the experts, and it consisted of (22) items. The first questionnaire was administered to a sample of students who enrolled in the middle stage in Tabuk city totaling 600 students. The second questionnaire was administered to a group of experts totaling 101 faculty staff members (males and females) specialized in curriculum and instruction. The results of the study showed that the level of applying mastery learning ranged from weak to average among teachers. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences that may be attributed to the school level. There were statistically significant differences that may be attributed to the school level in favor of the third level. The results also showed that the expert sample agreed to the proposed methods for developing the level of teachers' application of mastery learning ranged from average to high and were generally high. There were no differences in the responses of the experts that may be attributed to the gender or specialization. However, there were differences that may be attributed to the academic degree in favor of the professors compared to the associate and the assistant professors. | ||||
