Abstract
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية الجانب المعرفي والأدائي لکفايات تصميم استراتيجيات التعلم الإلکتروني  لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي، وذلک من  خلال تصميمر تدريب إکتروني مصغر عبر الويب. وقامت الباحثة بتطوير بيئة التدريب الإلکتروني المصغرعبر الويب في ضوء نموذج عبد اللطيف الجزار( 2013 ) الإصدار الثالث، وتکونت عينة البحث من معلمي المدارس الثانوية العام التابعة لإدارة دمياط الجديدة التعليمية، بلغ عددهم (20) معلمًا دون النظر إلى تخصصهم الأکاديمي. وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات القياس والتي تمثلت في: اختبار تحصيلي، لقياس الجانب المعرفي لکفايات تصميم استراتيجيات التعلم الإلکتروني، وبطاقة تقييم الجانب الأدائي لهذه الکفايات. وأثبتت النتائج فاعلية التدريب الإلکتروني المصغر عبر الويب في تحقيق أهدافه.
        This research aims at developing the cognitive and performance aspects of e-learning strategies design competencies among secondary teachers through Micro e-training technology via the web. The researcher developed proposed micro training environment by using Elgazzar model (2013) ( third revision).The sample was formed from secondary teachers of the new Damietta educational administration, and reached 20 teachers without regard to their academic specialization.The researcher prepared the measurement tools which were represented in An Achievement test to measure the cognitive side of e-learning strategies design comoetencies among secondary teachers, And the performance side assessment card for this comoetencies. The results proved the effectiveness of Micro e-training technology via the web in achieving its objectives
