Abstract | ||||
The olive is one of the perennial trees known to mankind since the dawn of history. Its cultivation and usage had expanded in Egypt during the Graeco-Roman Period, as olive as an important economic resource for the country. This has reflected on the spread of number of many olive mills. | ||||
