Abstract | ||||
سعي الباحثان[1] في المراجعة الحالية للتراث البحثي[2] الي فحص أهم الآثار والمترتبات النفسية لوجود شخص معاق على اسر و مقدمي الرعاية. وذلک من خلال ما تناولته الدراسات السابقة عن المشقة والاثار السلبية المترتبة علي وجود طفل ذو اعاقة علي الوالدين وقد قدما عرضهما هذا من خلال طرح لبعض القضايا ذات الأهمية في مجال الاهتمام بأسر ذوي الاعاقة ومن اهمها اثر المشکلات السلوکية لدي الطفل المعاق ومدى حاجته للرعاية علي شعور الاسرة بالمشقة ، و العلاقة بين التوافق الزواجي وفاعلية الاسرة و شعور الوالدين بالمشقة ، والکفاءة الذاتية للوالدين والتقييم المعرفي للإعاقة واثرهم علي شعور الوالدين بالمشقة ، والعلاقة بين الثقافة والإعاقة واثر الثقافة علي الشعور بالمشقة لدي اسر المعاقين واختلاف القيم الوالدية باختلاف الثقافة واثره علي المشقة الوالدية بالإضافة لعرضهما لمناحي وتوجهات التدخل من خلال الاساليب المعرفية والسلوکية ، والمواجهة المتمرکزة حول المشکلة والمواجهة المتمرکزة حول الانفعال ، بالإضافة لعرض مفهوم جديد نسبيا وهو التمکين وعلاقته بالشعور بالمشقة لدي الوالدين والقائمين علي الرعاية وأخيرا عرض الباحثان لبعض الاتجاهات المستقبلية المأمولة في المجال [1] Susan L. Abstract In the current review, the researchers sought to examine the most important psychological effects and consequences of having children with disabilities on their families and caregivers. They made their presentation by discussing some important issues in that span of concern for families with disabled children, such as, the impact of behavioral problems in the child with disability and his need for care on the family's feelings of stress and the relationship between marital compatibility and family effectiveness, parents' feelings of stress , And parental self-efficacy and cognitive assessment of disability. The researchers discussed also the relationship between culture and disability and the impact of culture on the stress feeling in the families of the disabled and the difference of parental values according to culture and its impact on the parenting stress, in addition to presenting some aspects and trends of intervention through cognitive and behavioral methods. The researchers also discussed problem focused coping and emotional- focused coping, in addition to presenting a relatively new concept which is " empowerment" and its relation to parents feelings of stress and caregivers ,and finally some future trends in that field | ||||
