| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن معوقات تطبيق التمکين الإداري بمدارس التعليم العام وآليَّات تفعيله , مع الکشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المعوقات والآليات. وتضمن جانبين هما:(الجانب النظري) والذي تناول محور التمکين الإداري ومعوقاته وآليات تفعيله، و(الجانب الميداني): تم فيه إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي و الإستبانة کأداة للبحث، وقد تم تطبيقها على مجتمع مشرفي ومشرفات القيادة المدرسية بإدارة تعليم مکة المکرمة. النتائج : من أهمها ما يلي: أنَّ نتائج تقييم معوقات تطبيق التَّمْکِين الإداريّ في التعليم العام قد جاءت ضمن درجة (کبيرة) من حيث وجودها، وقد جاءت المعوقات التنظيمية في المرتبة الأولى ثم تلتها المعوقات البشرية. أنَّ نتائج تقييم آليَّات تفعيل التَّمْکِين الإداريّ في التعليم العام قد جاءت ضمن درجة أهميَّة (کبيرة) ، وقد جاءت آليَّات التَّفعيل البشريَّة في المرتبة الأولى، وتلتها آليَّات التفعيل التَّنْظيميَّة. توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين معوقات تطبيق التَّمْکِين الإداريّ وآليَّات تفعيله في التعليم العام من وجِهَةِ نظر مشرِفيّ ومشرفات القيادة المدرسيَّة بإدارة تعليم مکَّة المُکرَّمَةِ. the research aimed to reveal: - the impediments that facing the application of administrative empowerment in general education and mechanisms for activating it. - the correlative relationhip between them. The research included two aspects: (theoretical side), which dealt with the theme of administrative empowerment and its impediments and mechanisms for its activation, and (the field side): in which the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study and descriptive Correlation approach, and it was applied to the school leadership supervisors and supervisors in the Department of Education in Makkah. Results: The most important results of the study include the following: - The results of evaluating the impediments of applying administrative empowerment in general education and its two dimensions came within a (large) degree in terms of their existence, and organizational challenges came first and then human challenges followed. - The results of the evaluation of the mechanisms for activating administrative empowerment in general education and for the two dimensions that are related to it came within a (large) degree of importance, and human activation mechanisms came in the first place, followed by organizational activation mechanisms. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the impediments of applying administrative empowerment and the mechanisms of activating it in general education from the point of view of school leadership supervisors in the Department of Education in Makkah. | ||||
