| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الأساسية العليا في مدارس لواء قصبة عمان الحکومية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير مقياس مکون من أربعة مجالات، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (431) معلماً و(576) طالباً في المدارس الحکومية في لواء قصبة عمان، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود مستوى متوسط لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسيّة العليا في مدارس لواء قصبة عمان الحکوميّة لدورهم للحدّ من ظاهرة التّنمّر المدرسيّ لدى الطّلبة، ووجود مستوى متوسط لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسيّة العليا في مدارس لواء قصبة عمان الحکوميّة لدورهم للحدّ من ظاهرة التّنمّر المدرسيّ لدى الطّلبة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز البيئة التعليمية المناسبة للطلبة للتعبير عن متطلباتهم وحاجاتهم النفسية، ورغباتهم عن طريق إشراک الطلبة الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية الفعالة للتخفيف من السلوکيات التنمرية، وضرورة زيادة الترکيز على تفعيل التّواصل بين الأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع المحلي، وغرس القيم، والبرامج المقدّمة من قبل إدارة المدرسة لعلاج السّلوک التنمري. The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in reducing the phenomenon of school bullying among students of higher level of basic education in the public schools of Amman district.An analytical descriptive approach was used; and to collect data, a four-domain scale was developed. The study sample consisted of (431) teachers and (576) students from public schools in Amman district. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program.The study found several results, including that there is moderate level for the role of principals of higher primary schools in reducing the phenomenon of school bullying among students of higher level of basic education in the public schools of Amman district, and there is a moderate level for the role of principals of the primary schools in in reducing the phenomenon of school bullying among primary school students in the public schools of Amman district from the viewpoint of students. The study recommended the necessity of enhancing the appropriate educational environment for students to express their psychological needs and desires by engaging students with effective class and extra-curricular activities to mitigate bullying behavior. The study also suggested the need to focus more on activating communication between the family, the school, and the local community, instill values and develop programs offered by the school administration to treat bullying behavior. | ||||
