| Abstract | ||||
| المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لتوظيف أساليب التلعيب عبر المنصات الرقمية وقياس فاعليته في تنمية دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي لدى طالبات کلية التربية بجامعة جدة. واستخدمت الباحثتان في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الأدبيات والدراسات ذات العلاقة بمحاور ومتغيرات البحث، والمنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية مع قياس قبلي /بعدي لبيان فاعلية المتغير المستقل (أساليب التلعيب عبر المنصة الرقمية) على المتغير التابع (دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي). وتمثلت أداة البحث في مقياس دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي والذي تکون من (3) أبعاد تمثلت في: الثقة بالنجاح، والاهتمام بالتميز، وتفضيل مواقف الإنجاز. وتکونت عينة البحث من (92) طالبة من طالبات بکالوريوس قسم تقنيات التعليم واللاتي تم تعيينهنّ عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين بواقع (46) طالبة للمجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستخدام (أساليب التلعيب عبر المنصة الرقمية) و (46) طالبة للمجموعة الضابطة التي درست باستخدام (المنصة التعليمية الاعتيادية). ولقد توصلت نتائج البحث، بأنه لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطة، ومتوسط أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي لمقياس دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي. کما أظهرت النتائج، وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطة، ومتوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي لمقياس دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي عبر المنصات الرقمية، وهذا يشير إلى وجود أثر للمتغير المستقل (أساليب التلعيب عبر المنصات الرقمية) على أبعاد المتغير التابع (دافعية الإنجاز الأکاديمي) لدى المجموعة التجريبية. وتوصي الباحثتان بضرورة توظيف أساليب التلعيب عند التدريس باستخدام المنصات الرقمية لکافة المراحل التعليمية للطلاب والطالبات، وضرورة تبني الجامعات السعودية لنماذج التلعيب وتوظيفها عبر منصاتها، وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على توظيفها بفاعلية، وأهمية بناء مقررات جامعية وبرامج تدريبية في تخصصات مختلفة قائمة على أساليب التلعيب لتأهيل طلاب وطالبات الجامعة بالمهارات المطلوبة مما يساهم في التطوير المستمر والتنمية البشرية المستدامة. Abstract This research aims to propose a model to employ some gamification techniques via massive open online courses and to evaluate its effectiveness in developing academic achievement motivation toward learning among students in the faculty of Education at University of Jeddah. The researcher used the descriptive approach to analyse literature relevant to research themes and variables, and she used the experimental and control groups, with pre-and post-measures to demonstrate the effect of the independent variable (i.e. gamification techniques via MOOC) on the dependent variable (academic achievement motivation). The research tool was academic achievement motivation measurement that consist of 3 aspects which are: confidence in success, interest in excellence, and preference for achievement experiences. The research was carried out on a sample of (92) students who are studying for bachelor degree of educational technology, and they were randomly divided into two groups; (46) of them were assigned to the experimental group who was studying using gamification techniques via MOOC. The other (46) were allocated into the control group, who was studying using the traditional MOOC. The research results showed that there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between average mean scores of the control group and the experimental group in the pre-measurement of academic achievement motivation. The research results also revealed that there is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between average mean scores of the control group and the average scores of the experimental group in the post-measurement of academic achievement motivation, which indicates the effect of the independent variable on the aspects of dependant variable. The researcher recommends that gamification techniques should be employed in teaching, by using MOOCs for all educational stages. The researcher also recommends Saudi universities to adopt gamification models and employ them through their platforms, train their faculty members to effectively employ it. The researcher also emphasizes the importance of developing curricula and training programs in several fields based on gamification techniques to qualify university students with needed skills to extend the sustainable development. | ||||
