| Abstract | ||||
| تناولت الدراسة الحالية اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة جدة نحو مبادرة التسريع الأکاديمي للطلبة المتفوقين والمتميزين في ضوء رؤية )2030(، على عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (73) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وأسفرت النتائج عن امتلاک أعضاء هيئة التدريس اتجاهات ايجابية مرتفعة جداً نحو مبادرة التسريع الأکاديمي، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمُتغير الجنس وجاءت لصالح الذکور، کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وفروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمتغيري التخصص وسنوات الخبرة وجاءت لصالح التخصصات العلمية، وسنوات الخبرة الأعلى من (16-20) سنة، وأوصت الباحثتين بالاستفادة من التجارب العالمية والمحلية التي حققت نجاحاً ملموساً من تطبيق التسريع الأکاديمي للطلبة الجامعين. The current study examined the attitudes of Jeddah University faculty members towards the academic acceleration initiative for outstanding and excelled students in light of 2030 Vision , based on a random sample of (n = 73) faculty members. Using the descriptive methodology, the results showed that faculty members had positive attitudes towards the academic acceleration initiative, with statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable and came in favor of males, and also showed no differences attributed to the academic qualification variable, and statistically significant differences attributed to the two variables of majors and years of experience and came in favor of scientific majors, and years of experience higher than (16-20) years, the researchers recommended that the two researchers benefit from the global and local experiences that have achieved tangible success from the application of academic acceleration for university students. | ||||
