| Abstract | ||||
| المستخلص : هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن واقع تنمية المدارس الدولية لمهارات الاتصال(التحدث الإنصات، الحوار، الإقناع) لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة (من الصف السابع إلى التاسع) بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر کل من المعلمين وأولياء الأمور، ووضع رؤية تربوية لدور هذه المدارس في تنمية مهارات الاتصال لدى طلابها. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستعانت باستبانة طُبقت على(42)معلما ومعلمة، و(106) ولي أمر ذکرا وأنثى، وذلک في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي2016/2017م. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن استجابات أفراد المعلمين على عبارات الاستبانة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، بينما جاءت استجابات أولياء الأمور بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق إحصائية بين استجابات المعلمين تبعًا لمتغير الجنس(ذکر/أنثى)لصالح الذکور، وعدم وجود فروق إحصائية بين استجاباتهم تبعًا لمتغيري التخصص وسنوات الخبرة بالمدرسة، وعدم وجود فروق إحصائية بين استجابات أولياء الأمور تبعًا لمتغيرات الدراسة(المحافظة، الجنس، الجنسية، الوظيفة، عدد الأبناء الملتحقين بالمدرسة). Abstract: The aim of the study was to explore the status quo of the role of international schools in enhancing communication skills (speaking, listening, interview, persuasion) among middle school students (grades 7-9) in the Qassim region from the point of view of both teachers and parents as well as proposing educational vision to help these schools in enhancing communication skills among their students.. The study used the descriptive method, using a questionnaire applied to (42) male and female teachers and (106) parents in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The study revealed several results, the most important of which were: The responses of teachers to the questionnaires were high, while the responses of the parents were medium. There was also statistical difference between the teachers' responses according to the gender variable (male / female) for males. There was no statistical difference between the teachers according to the variables of specialization and years of experience at school. There was no statistical difference between parents according to the study variables (governorate, sex, nationality, job and number of children in school). | ||||
