| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي والتفكير التأملي لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية في جامعة حائل، حيث تم أخذ عينة بلغت (100) طالباً وطالبة بكلية التربية في جامعة حائل، وتم استخدام الأدوات التالية، أولاً: مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي موزعاً على أربعة مجالات (المعرفة الانفعالية، تنظيم الانفعالات، التعاطف، التواصل الاجتماعي)، ومقياس التفكير التأملي موزعاً على أربعة مجالات (العمل الاعتيادي، الفهم، التأمل، والتأمل النقدي)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن متوسط الذكاء الانفعالي لدى طلبة الجامعة كان منخفض، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، المستوى الدراسي، والمعدل التراكمي، وكذلك أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التفكير التأملي لدى طلبة كلية التربية جاء مرتفعاً، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، المستوى الدراسي، والمعدل التراكمي. وأوصت الدراسة الحالية بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: وضع البرامج الإرشادية لتنمية مهارات الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الطلبة، نشر الوعي وثقافة التدريس التأملي من خلال عقد الورش التدريبية للطلبة. The Study Aimed to Reveal the Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Contemplative Thinking among Students of the College of Education at the University of Hail, The Study adopted the Descriptive Correlation Approach the study Sample Consisted of Male and Female Students from the College of Education at the University of Hail, a sample of (100) Male and Female Students was taken at the College of Education at the University of Hail, The following tools were used, firstly, the emotional intelligence scale distributed into four areas of emotional knowledge, emotion regulation, empathy, social communication, The Reflective Thinking scale is Divided into four areas of Regular work, Understanding, Contemplation, and Critical Contemplation. The Study Reached the following Results: The average Emotional Intelligence among University Students was low, and the Results Showed that there were Statistically Significant Differences in the level of Emotional Intelligence due to the Variables of Gender, Academic level, and Cumulative average. The Results of the Study also Indicated that the level of Contemplative Thinking among College of Education Students was high. The Results Showed that there were Statistically Significant differences in the level of Emotional intelligence due to the variables of Gender, Academic level, and Cumulative average. The Current Study Recommended a number of Recommendations, the most Important of which were Developing Guidance programs to Develop Students’ Emotional Intelligence Skills. | ||||
