Abstract | ||||
The study dealt with the criteria of classification of modern tourist accommodation establishments according to a recognized system that was adopted by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in 2006 in cooperation with the World Tourism Organization in order to pay attention to the quality of services provided in Alexandria hotels and identify the most important positives and constraints resulting from this system. | ||||
