| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إعداد قائمة بالمواصفات المتطلبة بمعلمة رياض الأطفال في ضوء معاييرNAEYC)) في کليات التربية بالمملکة العربية السعودية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (9) أعضاء هيئة تدريس (رياض أطفال)، و(8) مختصين في تطوير المناهج (رياض أطفال)، و(11) مشرفة تربوية رياض أطفال، و(12) معلمة رياض أطفال وبالتالي أصبح عدد أفراد العينة (40)، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في إعداد استبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات (من إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: قائمة بمواصفات معلمة رياض الأطفال في ضوء معايير (NAEYC)، إجابات عينة الدراسة على المعلومات حول مواصفات معلمة رياض الأطفال في کلية التربية بالمملکة العربية السعودية حسب المعاير التالية: المعرفة بنمو وتعلم الطفل وخصائصه کانت بدرجة (موافق)، المعرفة بتحليل وتقويم مناهج رياض الأطفال کانت بدرجة (موافق)، معرفة أصول تدريس رياض الأطفال کانت بدرجة (موافق) استخدام اتجاهات فعالة نمائيا للاتصال بالأطفال وأسرهم کانت بدرجة (موافق)، استخدام المحتوى المعرفي لبناء منهج شامل، الملاحظة، والتوثيق، والقياس لدعم الأطفال الصغار وأسرهم کانت بدرجة (موافق)، الممارسات التعليمية الفعالة، التطور الذاتي للخريجة کان بدرجة (موافق)، بناء علاقات شراکة مع کل من الأسرة والمجتمع کانت بدرجة (موافق)، دور الخريجة في التنمية المهنية الواردة کانت بدرجة (موافق)، کانت وجهة نظر أفراد العينة على اختلاف تخصصاتهم حول المواصفات بشکل کلي والتي ينبغي أن تکون عليها معلمة رياض الأطفال في کليات التربية في المملکة العربية السعودية کانت بدرجة موافق. The present study aimed to prepare a list of the characteristics required for the kindergarten teacher in light of the NAEYC standards in the colleges of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study sample consisted of (9) faculty members (kindergarten specialization), and (8) specialists in curriculum development (kindergarten), and (11) educational supervisors (kindergarten), and (12) kindergarten teachers; consequently the number of the study sample was (40). The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the study developed a questionnaire to collect the target data. The results of the study displayed a list of the characteristics of the kindergarten teacher in the light of the (NAEYC) standards. The study participants agreed on the characteristics of the kindergarten teacher in the College of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, namely knowledge of the growth and learning of the child and his characteristics, knowledge of analyzing and evaluating the kindergarten curricula, knowledge of the foundations of teaching kindergarten, using effective developmental trends to communicate with children and their families, using cognitive content to develop a comprehensive curriculum, observation, documentation, and measurement to support young children and their families, effective educational practices and self-development of the graduate, building relationships with both family and society and finally the graduate’s role in the professional development. The sample members’ agreement on their different specializations was the characteristics in total, which should be the kindergarten teacher in colleges of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. | ||||
